1. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the UK. We are working on expanding to international delivery soon, Insha’Allah.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. UK deliveries typically take 2–5 working days after dispatch.

3. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please contact us first to arrange this.

5. Will the colour be exactly as in the pictures?

We try our best to ensure accurate colour representation, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
