Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase from Al Munawarrah. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and exchanges policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Perfumes, hijabs, and sale items are non-returnable for hygiene or promotional reasons.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at enquiries@almunawarrah.co.uk or use our Contact Us form.
  2. Include your order number, name, and reason for return/exchange.
  3. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or faulty. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we can’t accept responsibility for lost parcels.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for a different size or item, please specify in your email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Sale & Discounted Items

All sale, clearance, and promotional items (including site-wide sales and giveaways) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
